Jim Leonard pt1 - Eastbound Strangler Atlantic City Serial Killer

The Atlantic City Prosecutors office say's it "isn't a cold case". On November 20, 2006, four female victims were discovered in the drainage ditch behind the former Golden Key Motel in West Atlantic City. It was only last week that acting Atlantic City Prosecutor, Cary Shill, emphasized that, even fifteen years later, the Eastbound Strangler murders of Kim Raffo, Molly Dilts, Barbara Breidor, and Tracy Roberts, demand justice. Meg welcomes NJ attorney, Jim Leonard to share his personal experience with the case, the evidence, and an unidentified person who refers to himself as "River". This is a compelling conversation between two former prosecutors.
