Licensed NJ Private Detective
William Scull retired from the New Jersey State Police after a successful and decorated 27 year career. During his career, he served in the Major Crime Unit, as a supervisory member of the Attorney General’s Shooting Response Team, and in the Office of Professional Standards. Bill retired as a Captain and the Executive Officer of the Office of Professional Standards. Bill was instrumental in establishing the current New Jersey State Police Internal Affairs policies and he teaches Internal Affairs Investigation Training and Interviewing for the New Jersey State Police. He now is a partner at NJ Private Detective Agency Ulbrich-Scull Investigations, LLC.
