With a remarkable legal journey that began in 1976, Mr. Warshaw has amassed extensive experience in various legal domains, including Civil Trials, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Estates and Estate Planning, Business and Corporate Law, and Social Security Law. Notably, he's a dedicated advocate for individuals facing legal challenges in both Municipal and Superior Courts.

Mr. Warshaw's contributions to the legal community are nothing short of impressive. His roles as a Trustee of the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Monmouth Bar Association reflect his commitment to fostering legal excellence. His affiliations with the Monmouth, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations, along with the New Jersey Association for Justice, underscore his dedication to staying at the forefront of legal developments. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he's been honored with inclusion in Who’s Who in American Law and consistently garners the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a prestigious national attorney directory that relies on peer reviews.

As a Master member of the Haydn Proctor Chapter, American Inns of Court, Mr. Warshaw exemplifies the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism. His passion for education shines through his role as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Monmouth University, where he imparts his vast legal knowledge to aspiring professionals.

Mr. Warshaw's multifaceted career includes serving as Law Secretary to Hon. Maurice A. Walsh, Jr., J.S.C. He's admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the Federal Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. His expertise in dispute resolution has led to his approval as an arbitrator by AAA in 1981, and later as an Arbitrator by the N.J. Supreme Court for personal injury litigation and commercial cases in 1990. Since 1999, he's been an appointed member of the panel of mediators by the Court.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Warshaw's community involvement is remarkable. His leadership as Trustee and Past President of the Christian Brothers Academy Alumni Association, Past President of the Red Bank Catholic High School Development Advisory Council, and Past President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of the Jersey Shore has made a lasting impact. Notably, he was honored as their “Irishman of the Year” in 2006. His contributions to the Jersey Shore Irish Festival as its 1997 Chair, as well as his longstanding involvement since its inception in 1993, highlight his dedication to community events. Furthermore, his role as a Trustee and Past President of the Brookdale College Foundation underscores his commitment to education and its advancement.

Mr. Warshaw's educational foundation includes a B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross in 1972 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1975.
