Principal
David Helmer is the Founder and Principal at NTTW Consulting, a new technology strategy firm. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and has spent the last decade developing, evaluating, and advising the government regarding emerging technologies. David has worked at GE, the Boston Consulting Group, and the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He also taught at the United States Military Academy. He specializes in working across communities to set policy for, and shape development and deployment of, emerging technologies. Much of his career has focused on strategy development and education sessions for senior leaders, policy-makers and lawyers, ethicists, and others.
